How to engage us?
Don’t back yourself into a corner
Our business relationship is based on a Letter of Authorization by which your company engages DPS Specialty as its insurance broker — either for all insurance matters or for a specific project.
Phase 2
No additional financial obligation
Under the law, the broker’s engagement is regulated by the authorization, which does not create any additional financial obligation for you. It can also be terminated at any time in writing. By engaging an insurance broker, you are additionally protected through the activation of our professional liability policy.
Phase 3
European regulation
In accordance with EU standards, the insured amount of our professional liability insurance is EUR 1,564,610 per claim and EUR 2,315,610 for all claims within a year.

The Offer

Club's Salary
A Croatian first league football club insured the salaries of its players in case of temporary incapacity due to injury or illness. During the season, one of the club’s key players suffered a serious injury, and the insurer took over the payment of his salary until the end of the competitive season, as agreed in the policy. This freed up tens of thousands of euros for the club, which they were able to immediately allocate to hiring an equally skilled replacement in order to maintain competitiveness until the end of the season.
