Under the law, the broker’s engagement is regulated by the authorization, which does not create any additional financial obligation for you. It can also be terminated at any time in writing. By engaging an insurance broker, you are additionally protected through the activation of our professional liability policy.
Phase 3
In accordance with EU standards, the insured amount of our professional liability insurance is EUR 1,564,610 per claim and EUR 2,315,610 for all claims within a year.

A major retail chain offered a money-back guarantee to customers who purchased a TV during a one-month promotional period — if Croatia were to win the FIFA World Cup in Brazil. At the time, Croatia wasn’t considered a major favorite, so the cost of the insurance was just 1.5% of the insured amount. The client declared an expected revenue of EUR 700,000, but by the end of the promotional period, the actual revenue reached EUR 1,000,000 — thanks to both well-executed marketing and the added benefit that boosted the campaign. In addition to arranging the policy itself, the success of the promotion largely depended on well-planned and executed advertising.
An online store offered its customers a full refund on purchases of the latest PlayStation console if Croatia won the FIFA World Cup in Russia. Although the insured event did not occur, Croatia’s progression to the finals attracted massive media attention, with widespread coverage of the client’s promotional idea. Our client sponsored a golf tournament and offered a luxury wristwatch as a prize to any player who achieved a hole-in-one. The cost of such insurance depends on the skill level of the players participating. As this was a semi-amateur tournament, the insurance premium was relatively low.
